The security of our systems is very important to us. If you find a weak spot in one of our systems, please report it immediately. This way we can take measures as soon as possible. We are happy to work with you to protect our systems and the personal data entrusted to us as well as possible.
We ask you
a. Email your findings to infoe@elektraunie.nl
b. Do not share the issue with others until it is resolved.
c. Do not use attacks on physical security, spam, or third-party applications.
d. Provide sufficient information to reproduce the problem so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
We promise you
a. We will respond to your report within 2 working days and an expected date for a solution.
b. We treat your report confidentially and do not share your personal data with third parties without your permission.
c. While solving the problem, we will keep you informed of the progress.
